Modification of Primary Pulley to allow Wide Rear Tire on a H-D FXWG-80 from 1983

Because our customer wanted a wider wheel / tire installed on his H-D FXWG-80, there were a few things that also had to be changed. One of them was to offset the primary transmission pulley, not a difficult job but everything has to be precise. Thanks to our machines and to our knowhow, we were able to accomplish what we set out to do and give our customer his wish ! Eventually this motorcycle will also appear in the Projects section of this website.
